New habits I’ve picked up since in quarantine
- more introspection and self-awareness
- being more honest about the areas in my life that I need to work on
- investing more time and effort in my growth, education, goals
- investing more time in my business goals
- more mindfulness of my boundaries and standards
- making it a weekly/daily habit to plan, strategize and think big
- more freedom in choosing the environment I surround myself with: being ultra-selective with the energies and people I allow into my mental & emotional space
